Financial Times names Baxendale as one of the UK’s leading Management Consultancies for the 3rd year running

For the third year running, Baxendale has again been recognised as a leading consultancy in the Financial Times’ UK’s Leading Management Consultants 2020 report.

Nominated and reviewed by clients and peers, we’re delighted to be recognised in not just one but two categories: People & Performance and Innovation Growth & New Business Models.

As a small, specialist firm, our unique expertise helps us to stand apart and this recognition shows that our commitment to providing quality support enables us to hold our own against the larger firms.

This is the third year we’ve been recognised in the People & Performance category. As leaders in employee ownership, we know that high levels of employee engagement has a positive impact on productivity and performance. As employee owners we are immensely proud to know that our work in helping businesses to transition to employee ownership empowers their workforce whist driving exceptional performance – whatever the sector. To date, we’ve helped over 100 businesses and organisations become employee owned.

For the second year running, we’ve been recognised in the Innovation, Growth & New Business Models category. This comes off the back of our track record in supporting senior leaders to reimagine, transform and grow their organisations to thrive in the face of complex challenges. To date, we’ve helped our clients to win £1.5 billion in contracts, raise investment of over £50 million, and create new revenue streams to maximise income.

Robin Naudi, who leads Baxendale’s commercial growth offer, says: “Because we share the values of public sector organisations, we’re able to help our clients to think about growth as a way of enabling them to do more to help their users, rather than associating commercial acumen with pocketing profits. With our help, our clients are finding untapped income streams that allow them to reinvest in their services, ultimately leading to improved provision and better outcomes for patients and users.”

We’re thrilled that our commitment to helping clients to thrive has been recognised.
