We’re pleased to announce we’ve been appointed as an approved provider to the Growth Strand of the Access Impact Management Programme.
This £1.8 million grant fund seeks to build the capacity of charities and social enterprises to better manage their impact. Open to organisations operating in England actively seeking investment or contract opportunities, the fund will award grants of up to £50k for working with approved providers to measure, analyse and improve their impact management processes.
The programme is designed for organisations already collecting social impact data, and aims to build on existing activity and support recipients to take their impact measurement to the next level. Could this be you?
Programme aims
At its core, the fund recognises the importance of social organisations closely managing their impact in the same way they might focus on financial management and leadership capability. Through using data to assess how services are leading to sustained life changing impact, organisations are much better placed to serve their beneficiaries in the most impactful way.
Working alongside an approved provider, organisations could access a portion of the £1.8 million pot to fund a variety of projects, including:
Our work
At any one time, Baxendale is working to support a number of organisations to measure, manage and report on their social impact. Working across sectors such as health, housing and education, we deploy impact management best practice to support programme design and re-design, strategy development, and help our clients report externally to funders, commissioners, social investors, and other stakeholders. In the past few years we have led over £59 million of investments for our clients and helped them to secure over £685 million of new contracts.
How to apply
Eligible organisations can register to attend a free one-day impact management training session. This is a first compulsory stage in the process and two people from each organisation can attend. After this, you can then apply for a grant – working with an approved supplier such as Baxendale to develop a project that will improve your systems and process.
The application window is now open until 6th September 2017. For any further information, please contact Robin Naudi: robin.naudi@baxendale.co.uk
