CQC Engagement

Respond to the CQC’s request for information with requested policies and information

You have 7 days to respond to up to 50 document requests – you must be ready

Refining your Policies

The CQC will review your documents, then you will need to respond to queries, refine and update documents in line with feedback

Again, you need to respond quickly

CQC Interview

Nominated individual and registered managers will be interviewed

This lasts between 30 minutes to 3 hours

Facility Inspection

Ensuring the environment is safe and ready to be operational
